We’re Paulina and Luis—a husband-and-wife team with backgrounds in finance and technology and a shared passion for hospitality. We founded Property Hub Ventures to build a family business rooted in personal service, strong relationships, and greater freedom.
We intentionally keep our portfolio curated so we can remain closely involved. Being hands-on doesn’t mean inspecting after every cleaning just to check a box. We trust our professional cleaning teams, hold them to high standards, and focus our time where it matters most: visiting properties regularly, conducting inspections, overseeing maintenance, and monitoring the overall condition of your home.
We’re also supported by a dependable network of local professionals specialising in HVAC, pools, plumbing, electrical work, landscaping, pest control, and general repairs.
Today, we manage short-term rentals along Florida’s Gulf and Atlantic coasts, including Bradenton, Hallandale Beach, and Boca Raton, with continued expansion into Pompano Beach. When we’re not visiting properties, we’re often travelling with our children—experiences that keep us connected to what families value in a great stay.
